Techland annonuced that 5 million copies of Dying Light 2 Stay Human (‎@DyingLightGame) sold as of February 28, with the number climbing significantly in the weeks since. The independent Polish studio also celebrates the original Dying Light reaching 20 million lifetime sales as they kick off their fourth decade.

The Polish studio opens the fourth decade of its existence with two smash hits, as the first Dying Light recently achieved over 20 million lifetime sales to date.

Both games have been lauded by the Steam community, with a Mostly Positive sentiment for Dying Light 2 Stay Human and an Overwhelmingly Positive sentiment for Dying Light, across more than 230,000 reviews.
